Our primary audiences include developers, owner-occupiers, architects, mechanical consultants, and contractors. We serve offices, residential, and healthcare sectors, with a focus on low-energy refurbishment projects.

Objectives of the role:

    • Drive growth and transition Artus from scale-up into steady growth.
    • Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand across various online and offline channels.
    • Develop and implement effective marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
    • Support the Business Development team in delivering a world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities:

    • Internal Communications
      • Engage diverse stakeholders to achieve consensus.
    • External Communications
      • Manage multi-channel campaigns and develop tailored value propositions.
    • Brand Management
      • Define and embed core brand attributes across all touchpoints.
    • Project Management and Reporting
      • Oversee agency partners, contribute to KPI dashboards, and provide monthly reports to the Board.
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns from ideation to implementation.
    • Create valuable and engaging content for the website and social media channels.
    • Build strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and suppliers.
    • Monitor and optimize the marketing budget.
    • Analyze consumer behavior to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Demonstrable marketing experience with a proactive, organized, and creative mindset.
    • Ability to manage web analytics tools and social media content plans.
    • Strong numerical skills and proficiency with spreadsheets.
    • Excellent presentation and copywriting skills.
    • Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and practices.
    • B2B and/or startup experience essential.
